Vira'O'Disco translates to "spin the disc" in English. The team was founded back in 2005, when ultimate was on the initial rise in Portugal. Originally made up of friends that got together for the love of the game, our team has evolved over time to really embrace the strategy and competitive spirit of ultimate—without ever losing the passion. We won the national beach championship (the most competitive national league in Portuguese ultimate) pre-pandemic, and were set to represent the mixed division in Europeans before its unfortunate cancellation. We are more motivated than ever to continue our growth, and see what we can do on an international stage.
