Black Sheep is a term used to describe someone who feels left out in a family. Basically, the outcast of the family because they choose to do other things than live up to their parents' standards.
In our case, Black Sheep are a mixed team from New Zealand but one that only plays outside of New Zealand. We've played numerous times at Australian Nationals since our inception in 2008 before making it to the big time in Lecco where we finished 14th.
We're now on the road to Cincinnati and whilst we're missing a couple of our roster there are plenty of us already in this half of the world confusing everyone with our vowels and kiwisms. We can also promise to wear our jandals, sunnies and relax with everyone in the arvo.
