The official captains meeting will be on Thursday evening at 21:00 OR on Friday morning at 8:00. Gather at the fireplace. Please make sure you come to one of them. The captain's meeting for teams that play in the Final will be on Sunday 10:00 at the stadium.
The front desk opens on Thursday at 16:00 and is open until 23:00. On Friday the front desk opens at 09:00. Please try to register your team/collect your team pack before your first game or otherwise on Friday before 12:00.
During the whole tournament the front desk is the place to go to with all your questions. You can also leave your phone at the front desk for charging. The opening hours for the front desk are:

Our scorekeepers are not timekeepers or referees, timekeeping will be done centrally and the start/end of matches is indicated by a jingle broadcasted on the loudspeakers

In the app you can also request first aid to a field, check rankings, find the event map and fill in spirit scores or talk to Herbie.
This year the app is ready to handle the spirit scores. To fill in the scores the captain or spirit captain has to log in to the app. So make sure your (spirit) captain has a working app.
You can only see the received score once both teams have filled in the scores. If there are any problems with the scores please report to the front desk.
Everything is vegetarian! At Windmill we want to limit the amount of single use plastic.
Every morning during breakfast you can also make sandwiches for lunch. (There is no separate lunch provided).
Tickets for dinner can be collected at the front desk after all spirit scores are filled in for that day.

We have security every day of the event on the Windmill terrain. The camping has their own Security set up. Please take care of your own valuables. Windmill is not responsible for lost items!
We are camping at the Sport Camping Amsterdam! We don’t have infinite space at the camping so please listen to the instructions of our volunteers when setting up your tents. You can find the camping just north of the fields, just across Britney the bridge. The camping is only meant for sleeping, all Windmill activities will be at the fields!
At the campsite you can also rent camping gear, prices are available on the 2023 page of our website (no need/possibility to reserve this beforehand). You can find the rental location in the big tent at the entrance of the camping. This is also the location to go to if there is anything at the campsite you need help with.
Please park your cars in the parking lot to the east from the fields. There is additional parking space on the west of the camping (Joris van den Berghweg).
We have a limited amount of showers at the camping. However we have lots of dressing rooms with showers at the fields.
