Official Captains meeting

The official captains meeting will be on Thursday evening at 21:00 OR on Friday morning at 9:00. Gather at the fire place. Please make sure you come to one of them. The captains meeting for teams that play in the Final will be on Sunday at 10:00.

Scorekeepers:

• Our scorekeepers are not timekeepers or referees, timekeeping will be done centrally and the start/end of matches is indicated by a jingle broadcasted on the loudspeakers 

• A document with tournament rules can be found with the scorekeeper or in the app.

Schedule

You can find the schedule for the weekend on the website and in the app (more info coming later).

Food and drinks

Everything is vegetarian!!! Woohooo!

Every morning during breakfast you can also make sandwiches for lunch. 

Tickets for dinner can be collected at the front-desk after all spirit scores are filled in for that day.

Thursday:

• Dinner: No food is provided by the tournament. Buy food at the Fry-car and potentially elsewhere in Amsterdam. You can also order food to the fields.

Friday :

• Breakfast/lunch: 07:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Dinner mixed: 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM 
• Dinner womens/open 08:00 PM - 09:30 PM

Saturday

• Breakfast/lunch: 07:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Dinner open/womens: 06:00 PM - 07:30 PM
• Dinner Mixed: 07:30 PM - 09:00 PM

• Sunday: Breakfast/lunch: 07:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Security 

We have security every day of the event on the Windmill terrain. The camping has their own Security set up. Please take care of your own valuables. Windmill is not responsible for lost items!

Camping

This is the first year we are working with Sport Camping Amsterdam! We don’t have infinite space at the camping so please listen to the instructions of our volunteers when setting up your tents. You can find the camping just north of the fields, just across Britney the bridge. The camping is only meant for sleeping, all Windmill activities will be at the fields!

Parking

Please park your cars on the parking to the east from the fields. There is additional parking space on the west of the camping (Joris van den Berghweg).

Showering

We have a limited amount of showers at the camping. However we have lots of dressing rooms with showers at the fields.

All buildings with S in their name have showers (coloured blue on the map)

App

This year Windmill has an app for Android and ios. In the app you can find the schedule, rankings and information, fill in spirit scores and see live scores for all fields. The link to the app will be shared later with all players!
